  • I want you to feel good about the art you bring into your space. If something doesn’t feel right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

    • Originals and prints are eligible for return as long as they’re in their original condition.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Once I receive the piece back, I’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping, if applicable).

    Please note: All items are carefully packaged, but I’m not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. If something arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. I’m happy to help guide that process if needed.

  • If you’d like to return an item, just fill out the Return Request Formwithin 30 days of delivery. You'll need your order number and a brief note about why you're returning the item.

    Returns must be:

    • Submitted within 30 days of delivery

    • In original condition

    Once I receive your return and verify its condition, I’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping, if applicable).

  • I currently ship within the U.S. using USPS:

    • Processing time: Originals ship within 3–5 business days. Prints may take 5–10 business days depending on processing time.

    • Packaging: Artwork is packaged securely to protect it in transit. Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size. Original paintings are flat-packed or rolled depending on medium.

    • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

    • Expedited shipping: Available at checkout through USPS Priority Mail, but feel free to contact me if you’re on a tight deadline.

  • Not at the moment, but I’m working on it! If you're outside the U.S. and want to purchase a piece, feel free to reach out and I’ll see what’s possible.

  • Yes, all original paintings include a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the work is genuine and created by me.

  • Yes, each print includes a digital signature on the back of the artwork itself as part of the original scan. These are not hand-signed but are part of the intentional design.

  • Sort of! I offer a Custom Vision Board service where you send me inspiration images and 5-10 meaningful words, and I create a personalized art piece that reflects your vision and aesthetic.

  • All pieces are sold unframed to keep shipping simple and affordable. If you’d like help choosing a frame style or vendor, please reach out, I’m happy to recommend options.

  • Please don’t reproduce, resell, or modify my work without written permission. If you’d like to license something, email me at connect@dianapop.art.

    If you want to get a tattoo of a piece, I’m honored! Just ask first so I can give you a high-quality image.
